Stephanie Workman, Santa Fe Presbyterian Church. Edmond

Stephanie Workman is grateful to serve as pastor to Santa Fe Presbyterian and to walk alongside others in faith, service, and community. A graduate of Wake Forest University (B.S.) and Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.), she has felt called to ministry that nurtures spiritual growth, builds inclusive communities, and responds to the needs of the world with compassion and hope.
Ordained in 2005, Stephanie served for about 20 years as Associate Pastor for Christian Nurture and Mission at the Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian in Cary, NC. In her ministry, she has had the opportunity to lead worship, develop educational programs, and support mission initiatives—always striving to reflect the love and justice of Christ in practical ways.
One area especially close to her heart is the work of addressing hunger and supporting underserved communities. She led a collaborative effort to distribute meals and groceries to neighbors in need throughout the area, a shared effort that fostered deeper community ties. She formed the first formal partnership between a PC(USA) congregation and the Government of Mexico, based on programs that provided mentoring and literacy—an experience that continues to shape her understanding of cross-cultural ministry.
Stephanie is committed to building partnerships that serve the common good and has served on advisory boards for local schools and community organizations. She continues to be inspired by the grace of God at work in ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
When she’s not at the church or in the community, Stephanie enjoys camping with her scout troop, walking her dog Sandy, or spending time with her teenage son, Clinton.

Craig said: "My wife and I are very excited to be coming back to Oklahoma! This is her home state, and I spent a great deal of time broadcasting here in the 80s and 90s, so it's like my second home. The Elk City/Sayre area is thriving and Elk City's First Presbyterian Church is in a position to do some wonderful things in the community. We are really looking forward to being part of it - we are blessed!"
From Elk City First Presbyterian Church: We are so excited to have Craig and Theresa joining our church and our community. Craig and Theresa are dedicated servant leaders who will be a great benefit to Elk City and the surrounding area. We are excited for this next chapter in our church's life and ready to get started working with Craig and Theresa in and for our community.
Tylar Grant, Ordained to Chaplain Ministry

Tylar Grant started her journey toward ordination 5 years ago as an Inquirer. Tylar grew up in rural Oklahoma and is a proud member of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes, who have lived on the land now known as Oklahoma since prehistoric times. Tylar has a passion for sharing Christ’s love with others, whether it is through seeking justice, providing caring presence, or singing in worship and in the community. She attended St. Paul School of Theology through their partnership with Oklahoma City University and graduated with her Master of Divinity degree with a specialization in Women, Society, and Church Studies, receiving several awards during her time there. She was approved as ready to receive a call by CPM this year. Upon completing her CPE with the Veterans Administration, Tylar was asked to stay on and continue her work. She was offered a residency and remained at the VA for 2 years. Tylar is currently employed as a Chaplain at the OU Medical Center, where she continues her passion to minister to people in need. Following examination by COM, that body recommended to Presbytery that Tylar be ordained to a validated ministry as Chaplain at OU. Presbytery unanimously approved that recommendation.
All of us at the Presbytery certainly want to congratulate Tylar on her accomplishments and to wish her well in her ministry.
Gi Hyun Park, First Presbyterian Church, OKC

The Korean First Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma joyfully shares the good news that, on June 29, 2025, we held a Special Congregational Meeting and unanimously voted to call Rev. Gi Hyun Park as our Installed Pastor.
Rev. Park studied at Hanshin Theological Seminary and its graduate school in Korea. He brings with him rich experience from Korean churches both in Korea and here in the U.S., faithfully serving Korean immigrant congregations over the years.
He comes with his wife and two high school-aged children. As a family, they are preparing their hearts for this season of both leaving and new beginnings, trusting God as they step into this new ministry.
As a church, we are excited to walk this journey together with Rev. Park and his family. We look forward to building a loving and Christ-centered community, and to embracing a fresh vision that God is giving us. With hearts full of joy and grace, we press on toward becoming a church that truly reflects God's heart—a church filled with happiness, love, and spiritual growth.
Please keep us in your prayers, and stand with us in encouragement as we move forward in faith!
