The Rev. Harrell Davis will be the featured speaker at the next Small Church Networking Lunch at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 2001 N. Meridian, Oklahoma City on Thursday, May 21 at noon.  Harrell has led workshops for small churches on appreciative inquiry, a method of evaluating church life looking at a congregation's abilities rather than focusing on its challenges.  Invite a friend. Harrell will lead us in our discussion. Resources

The Indian Nations Presbytery RESOURCE CENTER holds a wealth of information and materials, especially for the small church. You can search for and reserve resources online and have them shipped to you. Donna Giles, Resource Center Director, would be happy to help you with curriculum or any other resource needs.

• FPC, Midwest City is looking for choral music for smaller choirs.  If you have choral music with two or three parts you’d be willing to share, contact Sue Trei-Conrad.

• Wartburg Theological Seminary’s Center for Theology and Land: Good seminars and on-line courses for smaller congregations.
• Virginia Theological Seminary’s Summer Collegium:  a project in support of small congregations.  They’ll pay for you and your spouse to come to the Collegium.  You can’t beat that!
• Alban Institute has scholarships for smaller congregations with limited means to send one or more people to an Alban conference.  Call (800) 486-1318 for more information.
• Small Church and Community Ministry (PCUSA):  Great place to go for inspiration, information and stories of small congregations doing ministry.
