Annual Statistical Reports
Every year Clerks of Session provide an essential function for the INP office and for our denomination as a whole to function at an optimal level – the sharing of information.
If you are a Clerk of Session within INP looking for guidance, this is the place. In a previous email from the INP office you should have received your individual church’s User I.D. and Password. If not, please contact Sue or Matt at the INP Office.
Presbytery Annual Reports – due to the presbytery office, January 31, 2017.
Forms to be completed for presbytery commissioners, lay leadership, necrology and session members. They are found on the presbytery website at www.okinp.org/forms . Scroll to Clerks of Sessions – Annual Reports, download each form and save as a document, (forms are formatted in tables) complete the set of forms and forward to the presbytery office at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail hard copies to the presbytery office at the address noted below.
General Assembly Annual Statistical Report due to G.A., February 17, 2017.
The forms are now available for on-line entry at oga.pcusa.org/stats. The User I.D. and Password for your church was previously sent (probably in late September 2016). Note: Sessions are to approve this report before submitting to the General Assembly.
